Application for Registration
The participant institution must submit an application for each person its wishes to have
registered as a trader with the SIX Swiss Exchange.
The application
must be accompanied by the following documentation pertaining to the registrant:

Changes in status
The participant institution is obligated to advise the SIX Swiss Exchange immediately of any changes in
the status of a given trader, such as:

the new employment or departure of traders
-
the suspension or lifting of suspension of provisionally registered traders
-
changes in lead traders or coordinators
-
the expulsion or repeal of expulsion of definitively registered traders
-
or other alterations such as name changes, etc.
The foregoing is to be submitted in writing via the
Change in Status Form.
