Rules and Regulations

For all types of connectivity to the Exchange System of the SWX Swiss Exchange, it is essential that the provisions of SWX rules and regulations and supplementary provisions be met and that the SWX Exchange System is not impaired by the connectivity, either because of the location or for other technical reasons.

The participant or connectivity provider must ensure that its organisation is entitled to be admitted to the Exchange System and to carry on the proposed activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This also applies when the participant is not connected to the SWX Exchange System directly but via the technical services of a connectivity provider.
