SPI EXTRA® – The Benchmark for the Small- and Mid-Cap Segment

The SPI EXTRA offers the opportunity to track the development of the small- and mid-cap segment outside the SMI, which makes it the benchmark for these securities. It was launched on 29.04.2004 and is published in real time. The index was standardised at 1'000 points as of 31.12.1999. Like the SPI and the SMI, the SPI EXTRA is a free-float-adjusted index and calculated both as a performance index and as a price index.
