Educational background: Computer science or engineering, Practical experience in Windows 2000; specialist know-how in MS SQL Server.

Field of activity: Operating and maintaining in-house applications as well as market-leading standardised products; planning and conducting migrations and upgrades; packaging and handling database-specific technical assignments, from introduction, to supervision, to enhancement of database software; assisting in projects in the area of documentation management, CRM. etc.; providing 2nd level support.

Educational background: Computer science or engineering, Knowledge of various programming languages such as C++ and UNIX.

Field of activity: Testing the SWX Platform; acting as an interface between development and production; bearing responsibility for the operating software as well as for analysing and remedying system errors.
