Educational background: Computer science apprenticeship, Practical experience in Windows 2000 as well as in MS SQL Server.
Field of activity: Receiving and analysing problematic issues; devising proposals for solution; localising and remedying problems; monitoring IT systems; collaborating with in-house and external parties for the purpose of 2nd-level support; administering the problem desk; maintaining the Helpdesk database; reporting on customer service activities; assisting in the conduct of customer-satisfaction surveys; planning, coordinating and conducting in-house training sessions; creating training and user documentation; collaborating in the introduction and testing of new products and release changes; documenting the Office SW environment and applications.
