Field of activity: Providing telephonic IT support on SWX applications to system administrators and developers at participant banks; identifying and dealing with problematic issues; devising proposals for solution; creating Trouble Tickets (Change Request, Functional Change) and informing participant banks; conducting final verification of patches and new versions; conducting on-site support at customer banks; administering internal LSC system administration on Sun Unix, Compaq Tru64 Unix and Windows servers and clients; providing conceptual advice on IT matters to new participants and upon release changes; composing in-house and external operating procedures; writing and updating participant IT documentation.
