Educational background: Business school (KV) diploma (banking); commercial school/A-level diploma; banking experience.
Field of activity: Providing advice and attending to the needs of participating institutions (participants as well as associated participants) and their traders in all administrative and regulatory matters (e.g. reporting requirements, fees, stamp duty, SWX trader examination); heading activities aimed at bringing in new participants as well as coordinating those activities with in-house and external specialist offices; analysing and administering customer needs; conducting customer visits and presentations; developing success-oriented customer relationships.
