Field of activity: Looking behind the scenes at renowned companies; examining the annual corporate and consolidated financial statements of a given company prior to the listing of its securities on SWX; monitoring and enforcing listed companies' compliance with accounting standards (primarily FER, IAS and US-GAAP); providing advice during IPOs; addressing listing-related issues in connection with capital increases, mergers, bond and derivatives offerings; examining listing prospectuses; as well as lecturing at in-house and public information events.
